Bollywood actor Kriti Sanon and her family have made a profitable real estate move by selling four apartments in Mumbai’s Andheri West for a total of ₹8.9 crore. The properties were jointly owned by Kriti, her sister Nupur Sanon and their mother Geeta Sanon.

According to property registration documents, the buyer of all four apartments is filmmaker and casting director Mukesh Chhabra. The transactions were completed through four separate registrations on April 24, 2026.

What has caught everyone’s attention is the impressive return the Sanon family earned on their investment. The four apartments were originally purchased between 2013 and 2017 for a combined amount of around ₹4.31 crore. With the latest sale valued at ₹8.9 crore, the family has made an estimated profit of nearly ₹4.6 crore, more than doubling the original investment.

Two of the larger apartments, located in the Raheja Classique residential complex in Andheri West, were sold for ₹3.23 crore each. These homes have a built-up area of around 654 square feet and come with one dedicated parking space each.

The remaining two smaller apartments in the same building were sold for ₹1.21 crore each. These units have a built-up area of approximately 246 square feet.

Records show that Kriti’s mother, Geeta Sanon, had purchased the two larger apartments in 2013, while Kriti and her sister Nupur bought the other two units in 2017.

The sale once again highlights the growing value of Mumbai’s premium real estate market, especially in Andheri West, one of the city’s most sought-after residential locations.

Known for its excellent connectivity and proximity to the entertainment industry, Andheri West remains a preferred destination for actors, filmmakers and business professionals. The area offers easy access to Film City, Bandra Kurla Complex, SEEPZ, the Western Express Highway, Mumbai Metro and the international airport.

With top schools, hospitals, shopping centres and entertainment hubs nearby, the locality continues to attract high-profile buyers and investors.

While Kriti Sanon has not publicly commented on the property transactions, the successful sale reflects how smart long-term investments in Mumbai’s real estate market can generate substantial returns.

The actress, who continues to balance a successful film career with business and investment interests, has once again made headlines this time not for a movie, but for a lucrative real estate deal alongside her family.
