Indian cricket superstar Virat Kohli and Bollywood actor Anushka Sharma have reportedly added another luxury property to their real estate portfolio. According to property registration documents, the couple has purchased a premium apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Versova area for around ₹18.29 crore.
The newly purchased residence is located in the Godrej Skyshore project in Andheri West and spans approximately 2,644 square feet. The apartment is situated on a higher floor and reportedly includes an additional 316 square feet of exclusive area along with three dedicated car parking spaces.
The property transaction was reportedly registered on July 21, 2026. Documents indicate that the deal involved a stamp duty payment of around ₹1.09 crore, while the registration charges were reported to be ₹30,000. The approximate valuation of the apartment works out to nearly ₹69,159 per square foot.
Known for their successful careers in cricket and cinema, Virat and Anushka have often invested in premium properties across India. The couple already owns a luxurious home in Mumbai and a farmhouse in Alibaug, which has been a favourite getaway destination for their family.
The latest purchase has once again highlighted their interest in high-end real estate. The Godrej Skyshore project is among Mumbai’s premium residential developments, offering modern amenities and a luxury lifestyle experience.
However, neither Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma, nor the developers behind the project have officially confirmed or commented on the reported purchase so far.
Virat and Anushka, who tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Italy in 2017, continue to remain one of India’s most popular celebrity couples. The two are parents to daughter Vamika and son Akaay, and they often keep their personal life away from the public spotlight while focusing on their respective careers.
