Known globally for his role in Pushpa, Allu Arjun has rented a spacious five-bedroom apartment for approximately ₹16 lakh per month under a three-year agreement. The move is said to be part of his plan to divide his time between Hyderabad and Mumbai, balancing professional commitments across industries.
The premium residence is located at the Juhu Tara Road junction, one of Mumbai’s most sought-after coastal areas. According to reports, the actor specifically chose a beachfront property, prioritising a clear sea view for his family’s comfort and lifestyle.
The apartment spans around 6,000 square feet and offers ultra-luxury amenities, including a private plunge pool and parking space for up to four cars. The property is estimated to be worth around ₹25 crore, reflecting its prime location and high-end features.
Allu Arjun is expected to stay in the Mumbai residence with his wife Sneha Reddy and their children, Allu Ayaan and Allu Arha, during school holidays and select periods when he is working in the city.
