Bollywood actor Khushi Kapoor has added another property to her investment portfolio in Mumbai. The actor, who is the daughter of late Bollywood icon Sridevi and filmmaker Boney Kapoor, has purchased a residential apartment in Bandra West for ₹63 lakh.
According to property registration documents, the transaction was registered on September 1, 2026. The apartment is located in the Samtadeep building on 25th Road in Bandra West, one of Mumbai’s well-known residential and celebrity neighbourhoods.
As per documents obtained by CRE Matrix, Khushi Kapoor purchased the apartment from Farooq Chagla for ₹63 lakh. In addition to the purchase price, the actor paid ₹3.15 lakh in stamp duty as part of the transaction.

The apartment has a carpet area of 180 square feet, while its built-up area is approximately 216 square feet. Based on the carpet area, the property was purchased at an estimated rate of around ₹35,000 per square foot.
When calculated according to the built-up area, the rate comes to approximately ₹29,167 per square foot. The figures highlight the premium attached to residential property in Bandra West, where demand for homes and investment properties remains high.
The relatively compact size of the apartment also suggests that the purchase could be viewed as an investment rather than a large family residence. Properties in established Mumbai neighbourhoods such as Bandra West can hold strong appeal for investors because of their location and connectivity.
