Indian women’s cricket star Smriti Mandhana continues to make headlines not only for her achievements on the cricket field but also for the inspiring life she has built off it. Recently, the vice-captain of the Indian women’s team created history by becoming the first player in men’s and women’s T20 internationals to smash 600 fours, further cementing her place among the game’s modern greats.
While her performances with the bat have won millions of hearts, her beautiful 10-acre farmhouse in Sangli, Maharashtra, has now become a talking point among fans. The property reflects years of hard work, dedication, and the rewards of a remarkable cricketing journey.
The farmhouse first grabbed attention when sports broadcaster Jatin Sapru visited the property and shared a glimpse of the luxurious estate. Spread across acres of greenery, the farmhouse combines elegance, comfort, and a deep connection to cricket.

One of the most striking features of the property is its grand entrance. Smriti revealed that she had a very specific vision while the farmhouse was being designed. Inspired by the lavish homes often seen in films directed by Karan Johar and Sooraj Barjatya, she wanted an entrance that carried the same larger-than-life charm. Having grown up watching their family dramas, she dreamed of recreating that cinematic feel in her own home.
The sprawling estate is surrounded by lush green trees, landscaped gardens, and open spaces that create a peaceful atmosphere away from the spotlight. However, the true highlight of the farmhouse is its dedicated cricket training area. Equipped with practice nets and a personal cricket pitch, the facility allows Smriti to continue training even during breaks from international cricket. It serves as a reminder that despite the luxurious surroundings, the game remains at the heart of her life.
The property also reportedly features a pickleball court decorated with photographs and memories from her cricketing journey, celebrating the milestones she has achieved while representing India on the global stage.
Another eye-catching part of the farmhouse is its beautiful swimming pool area. Complete with a stylish waterfall feature and a spiral staircase leading to the upper floor, the space offers a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. Smriti has shared that her family’s younger members particularly enjoy spending time around the pool, making it a favourite gathering spot.
Earlier this year, photos of the completed farmhouse entrance went viral on social media, with fans calling it proof that dreams really do come true. For many, the property stands as more than just a lavish home—it is a symbol of how far Smriti Mandhana has come through determination, discipline, and an unwavering passion for cricket.
From breaking records on the field to building her dream home in Sangli, Smriti’s journey continues to inspire a generation of young athletes who dream of achieving greatness while staying connected to their roots.
