Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan and his daughter Suhana Khan have completed filming an elaborate Vijayadashami sequence for their highly anticipated film King. The sequence, which is said to be one of the major highlights of the film, was shot over an eight-night schedule at Ellora Studios.
According to reports, the makers recreated the grand scale of Vijayadashami celebrations on a specially constructed set. The production team designed a vibrant festive environment filled with traditional elements, including large drums, colorful decorations, and the energetic atmosphere typically seen during the immersion processions.
An insider revealed that the sequence involved a massive crowd setup, with hundreds of background performers participating in the shoot to replicate the real-life frenzy of the festival. The team worked through the night for several days to capture the scale and intensity of the celebration on camera.
“The team recreated the scale and energy of a Vijayadashami procession with drums, colors, and the frenzy that is seen on the immersion day,” the source shared. The sequence reportedly required detailed choreography and coordination due to the large number of performers and complex camera movements.
Apart from the festive visuals, the shoot also included high-energy action moments. Suhana Khan, who plays a key role in the film, reportedly performed several action stunts during the sequence. The young actor is said to have undergone training for the physically demanding scenes, marking a significant step in her acting journey.

Directed by Siddharth Anand, King is expected to be a high-octane action entertainer. The film has been generating significant buzz ever since it was announced, largely because it brings together Shah Rukh Khan and Suhana Khan in a full-fledged on-screen collaboration.
