Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff’s team has shared a video showing marks on his skin following the firing incident in Mumbai on October 18. The development comes after fans raised questions about the bandages seen on the actor’s arm and shoulder in photographs taken after the attack. Although Tiger reportedly escaped bullet injuries, his driver and a bystander were injured in the incident.
According to reports, three assailants opened fire in the Juhu area of Mumbai, triggering concern among the actor’s fans and the film industry. In the days following the incident, Tiger was seen wearing bandages on his arm and shoulder while meeting Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. The photographs led to speculation about whether the actor had sustained injuries during the attack.
Tiger Shroff’s team shares video showing marks on his skin
On Thursday, the official Team Tiger Shroff Instagram page posted a short video showing the inside of the actor’s arm covered with numerous small brown spots resembling burn marks. The video appears to offer some context for the bandages seen in the photographs following the incident.
The marks have been described as potentially consistent with gunpowder residue or powder tattooing, which can occur when particles from a firearm discharge strike the skin. However, the video alone does not establish the precise cause of the marks, and the actor’s team has not publicly confirmed a detailed medical explanation.
The areas shown in the video appear to correspond with the parts of Tiger’s arm that were covered by bandages during his meeting with Eknath Shinde. The footage has therefore attracted attention from fans who had been wondering why the actor was wearing bandages despite reports that he had not suffered any bullet wounds.
Tiger’s family members also reacted to the video. His father, Jackie Shroff, and sister, Krishna Shroff, responded with folded-hands and other emojis, while his mother, Ayesha Shroff, wrote, “God is great,” in response to the team’s caption, “God is kind.”
Their reactions reflected the concern surrounding the incident and the relief that Tiger reportedly escaped more serious harm.
Tiger Shroff’s team issues warning over fake AI-generated videos
Alongside the concern about the actor’s condition, his team has raised another issue: the circulation of false information on social media. Following the firing incident, several online pages reportedly began sharing fabricated stories, videos and statements falsely attributed to Tiger.
In an official statement, the actor’s team clarified that he had not issued any statements or authorised communications about the incident beyond what had been officially confirmed.
“We would like to categorically clarify that Tiger Shroff has made no statements, released no videos, and authorised no communication regarding the recent incident or any related developments,” a portion of the statement read.
The team also expressed concern about AI-generated content being presented as genuine footage or commentary from the actor.
“It has come to our attention that several social media pages and digital platforms are circulating fabricated stories, AI-generated videos and scripted narratives, falsely attributed to Tiger. These are completely false, unauthorised and intended to mislead the public,” the statement added.
The team warned that legal consequences could follow for those who continue to circulate misleading content. The warning highlights the growing difficulty of distinguishing genuine updates from manipulated videos and fabricated statements, particularly when a high-profile celebrity is involved in a serious incident.
Fans have been urged to rely on verified communications rather than unconfirmed claims circulating online.

Several arrests made in connection with the firing case
Meanwhile, the police investigation into the October 18 attack has continued, with several suspects reportedly arrested. According to reports, three suspects were initially picked up in Kota and brought to Mumbai following the incident.

Four suspects identified in reports were Kunal, 21, and Sumit, 19, from Haryana’s Sonipat district, along with Radha, 23, and Babita, 23, from Uttar Pradesh. Reports cited in the account state that a total of 10 people had been arrested in connection with the case so far.
The investigation is expected to examine the alleged roles of those arrested, the circumstances surrounding the attack and the motive behind the firing.
Tiger Shroff’s condition remains a major concern for fans
The attack has raised concerns about the safety of public figures, particularly after gunshots were reportedly fired in a busy Mumbai neighbourhood. While Tiger escaped reported bullet injuries, the injuries suffered by his driver and a bystander added to the seriousness of the incident.
The video shared by his team has now provided further context for the marks seen on the actor’s arm, although their exact cause has not been independently established. His family’s reactions and the team’s public statements have also drawn attention to the emotional impact of the incident.
As the police continue their investigation, Tiger’s team is urging the public not to believe or share unauthorised statements and AI-generated videos. For now, the focus remains on establishing the facts surrounding the firing, determining the responsibility of those involved and ensuring that verified information reaches the public.
