The makers recently shared a glimpse of the sequence along with behind-the-scenes pictures from the shoot. According to them, Rashmika spent nearly 20 hours underwater over two days filming the intense action sequence, making it one of the most demanding shoots of her career.
Sharing the update on social media, the team wrote, “India’s First Female Underwater Fight Sequence, led by Rashmika Mandanna. The Surface Was Never the Limit. Beneath the depths lies a battle unlike anything Indian cinema has seen. Get ready to witness the fury.”
Rashmika also opened up about the experience on her Instagram Stories, admitting that the sequence tested her physically and mentally like never before.
She wrote, “I know I’ve been MIA but this is what we’ve been doing. This is by far the most challenging thing I’ve ever had to do in life! We are crazy for this but that’s what’s gotten me so so excited! Let’s goooo! #Mysaa.”
The actress’s determination to perform the stunts herself has earned praise from fans, many of whom applauded her dedication and willingness to take on such a physically demanding challenge.
