The biggest buzz, however, is around the possibility of Deepika Padukone joining Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in the sequel.
Alia Bhatt may return as Isha
Alia Bhatt is reportedly expected to reprise her role as Isha in Brahmāstra 2. While details about her appearance are still under wraps, her return would bring back the character who was at the centre of Shiva’s emotional journey in the first film.
Ranbir Kapoor is also expected to return as Shiva, but reports suggest that the actor could have an additional challenge this time. He may reportedly play a dual role, portraying both Shiva and Dev.
