New Delhi: The wizarding world is ready for a new chapter as HBO has released the first look of its highly anticipated Harry Potter TV series, currently in production at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in the UK. The series, based on J.K. Rowling’s iconic seven-book fantasy saga, stars Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter.
Magical First Look
The newly unveiled poster transports fans to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, even though Harry’s face remains unseen. In the image, Harry is dressed in his Gryffindor cloak, walking toward the Quidditch pitch on a snowy day, with his name and player number displayed on the back.
The backdrop captures a lively Gryffindor vs. Hufflepuff match, with flags waving high and Hogwarts castle spires visible amid dozens of other students. A banner in the corner reads “Fred and George”, a nod to the mischievous Weasley twins. The caption simply states “tomorrow” with a lightning bolt emoji, hinting at the imminent release of the series’ first teaser trailer.
