The ongoing reality show Bigg Boss 20, hosted by Salman Khan, has once again made headlines after a tense exchange between the host and contestant Asif Khan during the latest Weekend Ka Vaar episode.
The episode saw Salman directly address Asif over his behaviour inside the house, particularly after the contestant questioned whether Bigg Boss was being biased and unfair towards him.
Salman did not hold back while discussing Asif’s conduct. He called him the “epitome of badtameez” and questioned whether Asif behaves in the same aggressive manner in his personal life.
Salman told Asif that he was certain the contestant would not show the same side of himself in front of his mother and sister. He also questioned his aggressive approach inside the house, particularly the way he allegedly charges towards other contestants during arguments.
Salman asked Asif to look at his own behaviour before pointing fingers at others. He also questioned whether Asif was actually showing any skills inside the house that could impress the audience.
The biggest confrontation, however, came when Asif accused Bigg Boss of being biased.
Salman reminded him that the rules of the show have always been the same. He questioned why Asif was struggling to accept his mistake instead of simply acknowledging it.
Salman’s message was essentially that if a contestant has broken a rule, admitting the mistake should not be difficult. He questioned where the attitude of challenging the show came from when the contestant himself knew that he had made a mistake.
Salman Rejects Asif’s ‘Bigg Boss Is Biased’ Claim
Salman strongly rejected the idea that Bigg Boss favours certain contestants.
He pointed out that the show runs around the clock and that viewers see only selected portions of the footage. Salman dismissed the argument that other contestants may have committed similar mistakes but were simply not shown doing so.
According to Salman, Bigg Boss has no reason to favour one contestant over another because everyone is being watched under the same rules.
He also made it clear that neither he nor Bigg Boss has a personal reason to favour or target anyone in the house.
Salman told the contestants that they are all equal in the eyes of both him and Bigg Boss. He also reminded Asif that if the show becomes successful, the contestants themselves will benefit from the popularity and exposure — not Salman personally.
Will Asif Change His Behaviour?
The confrontation has now raised questions about what happens next for Asif Khan inside the Bigg Boss 20 house.
Will he accept Salman’s criticism and change the way he behaves with the other contestants, or will his aggressive approach continue to create problems?
Reality shows such as Bigg Boss are built around conflicts, disagreements and strong personalities, but there is a difference between having an argument and repeatedly crossing personal boundaries.
Salman’s latest confrontation may therefore become an important moment for Asif. If he takes the criticism seriously, viewers could see a different side of him in the coming episodes.
On the other hand, if the same behaviour continues, Asif could face even more criticism from both the contestants inside the house and the audience watching outside.
For now, the question is simple: Will Salman Khan’s warning make Asif Khan rethink his behaviour, or will the controversy become an even bigger part of his Bigg Boss 20 journey?
