The actor was recently spotted driving his brand-new Ferrari 296 GTB through the streets of Mumbai, and videos of the outing quickly went viral on social media.
Dressed casually and enjoying a solo drive, Ranveer was seen behind the wheel of the sleek black sports car, which reportedly comes with a price tag of around ₹6.36 crore. Fans and paparazzi were quick to identify the actor as he cruised through the city in one of Ferrari’s most sought-after models.
The Ferrari 296 GTB has now become one of the most expensive vehicles in Ranveer’s already impressive automobile collection. Known for his love of luxury cars, the actor owns several high-end vehicles, including a Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600, an Aston Martin Rapide S and a Lamborghini Urus Pearl Capsule.

The sighting comes at a time when Ranveer is making headlines over his reported fallout with filmmaker Farhan Akhtar regarding Don 3. The actor was initially announced as the new face of the iconic franchise and was expected to star opposite Kiara Advani. However, following the blockbuster success of Dhurandhar, reports emerged that Ranveer had exited the project.
The situation soon escalated when Farhan allegedly approached FWICE, claiming that the actor’s sudden departure had caused significant financial losses to the production. The organisation later issued a non-cooperation notice against Ranveer before eventually withdrawing it.
Industry reports suggest that the disagreement stemmed from multiple factors. While one side accused Ranveer of backing out at the last minute, sources close to the actor claimed that repeated delays in the film’s production and discussions about possible replacement options had contributed to the decision.
Despite the controversy, Ranveer continues to enjoy the success of Dhurandhar, which emerged as one of the biggest box-office successes of recent years. The film’s popularity even earned praise from his father-in-law, former badminton champion Prakash Padukone.
