Mumbai, March 30, 2026 – Actress and model Mahieka Sharma stepped in to shield Hardik Pandya’s son, Agastya, from an overwhelming crowd of photographers outside the stadium in Mumbai on Sunday. The incident occurred after the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2026 opening match between Mumbai Indians and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
Videos circulating on social media show Mahieka warning photographers against using camera flashes, which were reportedly hurting little Agastya’s eyes. She could be heard saying, “No lights, no flashes,” while repeatedly checking on her well-being. At one point, she also instructed the crowd to clear the way, saying “raasta de do (please give way)”, as she guided Agastya safely to their car.
