Arjun Rampal Admits He Didn’t Recognise R. Madhavan on Dhurandhar Set: “Yeh Kaun Hai?”
New Delhi: Dhurandhar: The Revenge, directed by Aditya Dhar, continues its record-breaking run at the box office, surpassing ₹575 crore in domestic collections within six days. Amid the frenzy, a clip from the trailer launch of the first part back in December has resurfaced, showing a light-hearted moment between Arjun Rampal and R. Madhavan.
In the video, Rampal shared his experience meeting Madhavan on the Dhurandhar set in Bangkok. “This is the first time I am working with him. Unfortunately, we did not have any scene together in the film. But I remember the first day I went to the set, it was raining heavily. Maddy was shooting, and I went up and asked, ‘Yeh kaun hai yeh actor?’” Rampal recalled with a laugh.
He continued praising his co-star, saying, “He was delivering such amazing dialogues. I didn’t recognise him at first. It was only later that I realised it was Maddy. He is phenomenal. What casting Mukesh bhai did—fantastic!”
