Mika Singh, the Indian singer, rapper, and musician, recently invited filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan to his expansive 100-acre Delhi farmhouse for another episode of Fun with Farah. The property, which combines luxury, tradition, and nature, left Farah thoroughly impressed.

Farah Khan was struck by the sheer scale of the farmhouse and joked that an entire Bollywood film could be shot there. She recalled Randhir Kapoor’s famous dialogue, “Ek hota hai ameer, ek hota hai raees”, pointing out Mika as the “raees” of the property. The two discussed Mika’s career and musical journey, including his recent hits from Dhurandhar, and Farah mentioned how much she enjoys grooving to his songs.
Spiritual Retreat: Gurudwara and Temple
The estate includes a Gurudwara where prayers and chants continue 24×7, creating a spiritual atmosphere. There’s also a temple on the property. Mika Singh shared his devotion and how his non-profit, Divine Touch, has empowered over 10,000 underprivileged girls through training in arts, crafts, beauty, stitching, and computer skills. Farah appreciated the blend of spirituality and social responsibility embedded into the property.
Helipad, Mustard Fields, and Studio
Farah Khan toured the private helipad, which overlooks sprawling mustard fields, remarking that it reminded her of iconic Bollywood scenes like those in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.
The farmhouse also houses a state-of-the-art music studio capable of hosting small concerts with 4,000–5,000 attendees. Mika Singh demonstrated its potential during an impromptu performance with Farah, who joined in the fun and enjoyed the lively atmosphere.
Open Kitchen and Traditional Living
One of the highlights for Farah was the open kitchen, featuring wood-fired stoves (chulhas) that allow food to be cooked using traditional methods. She described it as “mind-blowing,” appreciating the mix of rustic charm and modern practicality.
Inside the main house, the interiors feature a giant living room with pastel walls and neatly arranged sofas. Farah joked that it resembled a bachelor’s pad, noting that with a woman’s touch, the décor could feel warmer and more aesthetic.

The farmhouse employs around 200 people during the day, including gardeners, chefs, and caretakers, with 50 remaining overnight. The property is also home to several animals, especially horses, with Mika’s favorite Sundari being particularly cared for. The estate offers space for horse riding, outdoor recreation, and private events.

Mika Singh served Farah Khan a traditional North Indian feast, including gajar-matar sabzi, saag, and fresh breads. The serene ambiance and delicious food made the experience all the more memorable.
