The post comes amid an outpouring of grief following the passing of Asha Bhosle, who was cremated with full state honours at Mumbai’s Shivaji Park crematorium in Mumbai. The iconic singer passed away at Breach Candy Hospital, leaving behind a legacy that shaped generations of Indian music lovers.

Zanai, who shared a very close bond with her grandmother, has been visibly devastated by the loss. In several videos and images circulating online, she is seen breaking down emotionally while coping with the absence of someone she described as her “best friend” and “partner in crime.”

Earlier, Zanai also shared a touching video of the two together, where she is seen lip-syncing to Asha Bhosle’s classic song “Dil Cheez Kya Hai” from the film Umrao Jaan.
