Rhiti Tiwari has opened up about the difficult side of growing up in the spotlight and the pressure that comes with being the daughter of actor and politician Manoj Tiwari. During her time on Bigg Boss 20, Rhiti spoke candidly about how her father’s public image has affected her own life.
While talking to Mary Kom, Rhiti explained that she has always felt a “double pressure” because people often connect everything she says or does with her father.
“Mere pe double pressure raha hai always. Mein jo bhi bolungi, ‘Manoj Tiwari ki beti ne yeh bol diya, woh aisi hai,’” she said.
Rhiti then made a serious claim about the kind of online and personal harassment she has faced because of her family background. She said that she has received death threats and rape threats simply because she is Manoj Tiwari’s daughter.
“Mujhe death threats aate hai, rape threats aate hai, cause I am his daughter,” Rhiti claimed. She also explained that people sometimes assume that her opinions represent her father’s views, which she believes makes her a target.
Rhiti Talks About Her Parents’ Separation
Apart from discussing the pressure of fame, Rhiti also opened up about her family and how her parents’ separation influenced her understanding of relationships.
During a conversation with Kanika Mann, she recalled watching her mother navigate life as a single parent. Rhiti suggested that seeing her mother’s experiences while growing up may have shaped the way she thinks about love and relationships today.
She also revealed that she has encountered controlling men in the past. Because of those experiences, Rhiti said she does not want to enter a relationship where another person has excessive control over her life.
A Different Side of Rhiti on Bigg Boss 20
Rhiti’s revelations give viewers a glimpse into a side of her life that may not always be visible when she is simply known as Manoj Tiwari’s daughter.
Being associated with a famous parent can bring attention and opportunities, but Rhiti’s comments show that it can also bring unwanted judgement and pressure. She wants to be recognised for her own identity rather than constantly having her opinions and actions connected to her father.
Her conversations inside the Bigg Boss 20 house have now sparked discussion among viewers, particularly around the challenges faced by children of public figures and the impact that family history can have on their personal relationships.
As Rhiti continues her journey on the reality show, fans will be watching to see whether she opens up further about her past, her family and the experiences that have shaped her.
