Rashmika Mandanna recently attended the trailer launch of her brother-in-law Anand Deverakonda’s upcoming film Epic in Hyderabad. Despite recently returning to work while recovering from an injury, the actor made time to support Anand at the special event.
Rashmika has often been seen sharing a warm bond with both Vijay Deverakonda and Anand Deverakonda. At the trailer launch, she spoke fondly about Anand and even described him as a “green forest”, leaving the audience smiling.
Rashmika calls Anand a ‘green forest’
During the event, the host asked Rashmika whether she would describe Anand as a green flag or a red flag. Without hesitation, she said that Anand was a “green forest.”
Rashmika added that Anand was doing extremely well on his own and did not need much advice from her. She also said that she would always stand by him and support him in whatever he wanted to do.
Her sweet comments about Anand quickly caught the attention of fans, who were delighted to see the actress cheering for her brother-in-law.
Fans tease Rashmika with Vijay’s name
The trailer launch also turned playful when fans in the audience began chanting Vijay Deverakonda’s name. As Rashmika tried to speak, she jokingly asked the crowd to wait for a moment.
Videos from the event showed her reacting to the enthusiastic chants and trying to continue with her answers while the audience repeatedly brought up Vijay.
Rashmika also spoke about love when the host asked her how she would define it. She described love in terms of partnership, commitment and trust. When Vijay’s name was mentioned by the audience, Rashmika appeared shy and smiled, adding to the fun atmosphere.
Anand Deverakonda praises his ‘Vadina’
Anand also spoke warmly about his relationship with Rashmika during the event. He revealed that although they may not talk much at home, she checks on him and makes sure that he is doing well.
Anand recalled how Rashmika asks him whether everything is okay and even notices small changes in his expressions. He said that she is always there if he wants to talk and described himself as lucky to have a brother like Vijay and a sister-in-law like Rashmika.
He also expressed his happiness at having Rashmika present for his film-related events. Anand said that she had attended his previous movie’s pooja ceremony and was now there for the trailer launch as well.
Rashmika talks about Vijay and ‘Rana Bali’
Rashmika also mentioned Vijay while talking about her recent work. She revealed that she had come to the event after shooting with Vijay for the song Rana Bali.
Her comments once again excited fans, who have always shown interest in the equation between Rashmika and Vijay. The couple has often been in the spotlight, with fans closely following their public appearances and social media posts.
