According to the reports, the actor allegedly owes the bank ₹16.61 crore. However, the combined value of the two properties listed for auction is said to be around ₹3.19 crore.
The move is understood to be part of the bank’s recovery process under applicable financial regulations.

The properties identified for auction are located in Rajpal Yadav’s hometown district of Shahjahanpur in Uttar Pradesh.
Reports state that the estimated value of both properties together is approximately ₹3.19 crore. If the auction proceeds as scheduled, the amount recovered would go toward reducing the actor’s reported outstanding loan liability.
As of now, there is no confirmation on whether the auction will proceed as planned or if the dues will be settled before the scheduled date.
