Salman Khan has once again taken a strong stand against online trolling and body-shaming, making it clear that people should think about their own behaviour before making cruel comments about someone else’s appearance. From defending his brother Sohail Khan to speaking about Katrina Kaif and women facing body-shaming after motherhood, Salman has questioned why people feel they have the right to judge someone’s body.

During a recent conversation, Salman strongly reacted to trolls who target his brother Sohail Khan because of his appearance. His message was direct and emotional.

“Pehle apne aap ko dekho, apne jism ko dekho, uske baad karna yeh sab. Apne maa-baap ko dekho, uske baad troll karna, mazaak udaana,” Salman said.

He made it clear that targeting Sohail or anyone else over their body is simply not acceptable. Salman’s point was that before making fun of another person, people should look at themselves and their own lives.

Salman Khan Speaks Up for Katrina Kaif

Salman also spoke about Katrina Kaif and the body-shaming she has faced following motherhood. He questioned why women are constantly judged when their bodies change after pregnancy.

According to Salman, when Katrina entered the film industry, she worked hard to maintain herself because her appearance was part of the professional demands placed on actors. But after becoming a mother, her priorities naturally changed. She is now also focused on taking care of her child, and Salman questioned why people expect a woman to immediately return to her previous appearance.

Motherhood can bring many changes, and gaining weight or looking different should never become a reason to troll or humiliate a woman.

Salman’s comments also raised a bigger question: why are women judged so quickly for their bodies after becoming mothers? Instead of appreciating what a woman goes through during pregnancy and motherhood, social media often focuses on her weight, clothes and appearance.

Salman Questions Paparazzi Behaviour Too

Salman did not limit his comments to social-media trolls. He also questioned the way paparazzi sometimes photograph actresses from uncomfortable or inappropriate angles.

His comments brought attention to the thin line between public interest and personal dignity. Celebrities may choose to live their lives in the public eye, but that does not mean every photograph or angle is automatically acceptable.

The conversation becomes even more important when social media users then take those pictures and use them to make cruel comments about an actor’s body.

Salman Himself Has Been Targeted by Body-Shaming

Interestingly, Salman Khan has also experienced body-shaming himself. During Bigg Boss 20, the actor faced trolling on social media, with some users making comments about his physique and even calling him “Buddha.”

❤️ Salman Khan Stands Up for Katrina Kaif, Calling Out Body-Shaming and Online Trolling! Salman Khan recently spoke out against trolls targeting Katrina Kaif over her post-pregnancy weight, stressing that physical changes

Instead of allowing the comments to affect him, Salman responded in his own way. He removed his shirt and showed off his physique, appearing to send a message to those who were body-shaming him.

The moment received strong support from several people from the entertainment industry.

Rohit Shetty Comes Out in Salman’s Support

Filmmaker Rohit Shetty shared the video of Salman on Instagram and expressed his support for the actor. He wrote, “Only unconditional prem for him. Dear troller, it’s done bro.”

Rohit’s message showed that Salman had the support of people who have worked with him and know him closely. His post also became another example of how celebrities can stand together when one of them becomes the target of online trolling.

Kunal Kohli Also Praises Salman

Filmmaker Kunal Kohli also praised Salman for speaking about online trolling, paparazzi culture and social-media behaviour.

He pointed out that Salman had raised some important issues about the way people behave online. According to Kohli, social media may have grown significantly over the years, but online behaviour has sometimes fallen below the level of basic humanity and respect.

Kunal also spoke about trolls and the people who encourage such behaviour by following, sharing and supporting abusive content.

His message was essentially about the responsibility that comes with using social media. Trolling may look like a joke to one person, but repeated comments about someone’s body or appearance can quickly become harassment.

Varun Dhawan and Neha Dhupia Also Show Support

Salman’s comments and his response to the body-shaming also received support from other celebrities, including Varun Dhawan and Neha Dhupia.

The support highlighted how widespread the conversation around body-shaming has become. It is no longer only about one actor or one incident. Celebrities across the industry regularly face comments about their weight, age, clothes, faces and bodies.

Salman Also Talks About Calling Actors ‘Flops’

Salman has also spoken against the habit of calling actors “flops” simply because one of their films does not perform well.

He pointed out that an actor can work extremely hard on every film, give their best and still have a movie that does not succeed at the box office. One film should not decide an actor’s entire fate or erase the years of work they have put into entertainment.

For Salman, the larger problem is the culture of quickly judging people. A person can be celebrated one day and brutally trolled the next.

When Salman Speaks, People Listen

What makes Salman’s latest comments interesting is that he has himself been on both sides of this conversation. He has defended his brother, spoken about the treatment of women after motherhood, questioned paparazzi behaviour and experienced body-shaming personally.

His message is ultimately about basic respect.

Whether it is Sohail Khan being targeted for his appearance, Katrina Kaif being judged after motherhood, Salman himself being called names online or another actor being labelled a “flop,” there is a difference between criticism and personal humiliation.

Social media has made it extremely easy to write a cruel comment in a few seconds. But Salman’s comments, along with the support from Rohit Shetty, Kunal Kohli, Varun Dhawan and Neha Dhupia, raise an important question: when did commenting on another person’s body, age or appearance become normal entertainment?

People can disagree with celebrities, criticise their work and discuss their films. But basic humanity and respect should not disappear simply because someone is famous.
