The drama inside the Bigg Boss 20 house has once again caught the attention of former winner Gauahar Khan. This time, Gauahar reacted to the latest captaincy contender task involving boxing legend Mary Kom and contestant Qazi Touqeer.
During the task, Mary Kom fell on the ground and appeared to hold Qazi responsible for the incident. She claimed that Qazi’s actions during the task caused her to fall. However, Gauahar did not seem convinced by the way Mary described what happened and questioned her reaction to the incident.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Gauahar shared a video in which she spoke about the task and the controversy surrounding it. She pointed out that Bigg Boss has featured several physically demanding and challenging tasks over the years, including during her own season.
Gauahar recalled that contestants have often had to perform intense tasks for long hours and even stay awake throughout the night. However, she felt that the particular incident involving Mary and Qazi needed to be looked at differently.

Gauahar questioned how Mary could claim that Qazi putting his hand into the bag caused her to fall. She said that after Qazi removed his hand, Mary fell almost immediately and described the way she fell as looking more like that of a child.
Gauahar also acknowledged that the bag involved in the task was heavy, but she questioned whether the incident should have been attributed to Qazi in the manner it was.
She further said that Mary Kom is a huge personality in the country and someone known for her physical strength. Because of that, Gauahar felt that the reaction during the task did not match what she expected from someone like Mary.
The former Bigg Boss winner also appeared to suggest that the matter should be discussed during the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar, when Salman Khan returns to the house and addresses the contestants’ performances and controversies.
Gauahar’s reaction comes at a time when Bigg Boss 20 is already witnessing several heated moments among the contestants. The captaincy task has become another major talking point, with viewers discussing whether Qazi was actually responsible for Mary’s fall or whether the incident was simply a part of the intense task.
Meanwhile, Salman Khan has already addressed several contestants during the recent Weekend Ka Vaar. He questioned Rhiti Tiwari after she described herself as a “rockstar” and compared her with Qazi Touqeer.
Salman pointed out that calling oneself a “rockstar” is different from earning that reputation through struggles and achievements. He suggested that Qazi had gone through difficult experiences and challenges before reaching his current position.
Salman also reminded Rhiti that being the daughter of actor and politician Manoj Tiwari comes with its own expectations. During the conversation, he referred to Manoj Tiwari’s earlier Bigg Boss experience and his famous conflict with Dolly Bindra during Bigg Boss 4.
Bigg Boss 20 premiered on September 6 with 16 contestants, including Mary Kom, Mahii Vij, Amrapali Dubey, Scout, Qazi Touqeer, Young DSA and Rhiti Tiwari.
