Jannat Stands Firmly by Shivangi

Taking to her Instagram Stories, Jannat shared a picture of Shivangi from the show and wrote an emotional note defending her longtime friend.

She said it was upsetting to see people judging Shivangi without truly knowing her.

She went on to say that she has known Shivangi for years and has always admired the values she carries.

“I’ve known Shivangi for years, and I know the values she carries and the person she is. That’s why watching her being spoken about this way doesn’t sit right with me.”

Jannat also stressed that disagreements are a part of every reality show, but personal attacks should never cross the line.

“You can disagree with someone, call out their actions, or have a different perspective. But attacking a woman’s character should never become entertainment.”
