Nick Jonas may have left India after his recent visit with wife Priyanka Chopra and daughter Malti Marie, but it seems his love for Indian food is still going strong. The singer recently shared a fun glimpse of an Indian dinner with his brother Joe Jonas and friends in Canada, and fans could not get enough of the “desi” moment.

After spending time in India with his family, Nick travelled to Canada for the Boots and Hearts Music Festival. During his stay there, he and Joe visited Adrak Yorkville, a popular Indian restaurant in Toronto that is also featured in the Michelin Guide.

Nick posted a short video on Instagram showing the delicious spread on the table. Keeping the caption simple, he wrote just one word: “Stuff.” The clip featured several Indian dishes and quickly caught the attention of fans, especially those in India.

The restaurant later revealed exactly what the Jonas brothers had ordered. Their meal included Rani Kachori, Onion Bhajia, Royal Pista Lamb Chop, Murgh Makhani, and Papad Ki Tokri. The restaurant also mentioned that Nick and Joe were returning guests and seemed to have some favourite dishes that they enjoy whenever they visit.

Fans were delighted to see Nick enjoying Indian food so enthusiastically. The comments section soon filled with playful messages. One fan joked that the Jonas Brothers seemed to have discovered their “desi roots” later in life, while another commented that Nick had become “more Indian than Priyanka Chopra.” Several others affectionately referred to him as “Nick jiju,” a nickname many Indian fans have embraced since his marriage to Priyanka.

Nick’s love for Indian cuisine is not new. Over the years, he has often spoken about enjoying Indian food and has named butter chicken, paneer dishes, saag paneer, raita, naan, and chicken biryani among his favourites. His enthusiasm for Indian culture and food has endeared him to many Indian fans.

Since marrying Priyanka Chopra in 2018, Nick has frequently participated in Indian festivals and family traditions. Whether it is celebrating Diwali, attending family gatherings, or simply enjoying a traditional meal, he has often shown genuine interest in the culture.

Meanwhile, the Jonas Brothers continue to stay busy with their music commitments. They recently performed at the Boots and Hearts Music Festival in Ontario and have more concerts lined up, including a performance in New Brunswick and three consecutive shows at Madison Square Garden in New York as part of their The Burning Up Tour All Over Again.

Even with a packed tour schedule, Nick’s latest post shows that a good plate of onion bhajia and murgh makhani can still bring a little taste of India wherever he goes. Judging by the reaction from fans, his love for Indian food has only strengthened his connection with the country and earned him plenty of affection from Priyanka Chopra’s “desi” fan base.
