The couple’s firm, *Greenstone Investments Pvt Ltd, has purchased five commercial office units in Andheri West, Mumbai, for approximately *₹15.05 crore, according to property registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix.
The office spaces are located on the *second floor of Yura Business Park – Phase 2 on Link Road. Together, the units reportedly measure *over 3,400 square feet, making it a significant commercial acquisition in the bustling suburb.
Interestingly, the same building also houses offices owned by Bollywood star *Hrithik Roshan. Entities linked to his parents — filmmaker *Rakesh Roshan and Pinkie Roshan — collectively own 10 office units on the third and fourth floors of the building.
The seller in the transaction is *Yura Business Park Private Limited, the developer of the property. Documents reveal that the deal was **registered on February 27, 2026, with a *stamp duty of over ₹90 lakh and a registration fee of around ₹1.50 lakh.
