Kuldeep Yadav Marries Longtime Girlfriend Vanshika Chadha in Grand Mussoorie Wedding
Indian cricketer Kuldeep Yadav tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Vanshika Chadha on March 14, 2026, in a lavish ceremony held in Mussoorie. The left-arm unorthodox spinner celebrated his wedding just weeks after helping India retain the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 title.
The couple had announced their engagement on June 4, 2025, during a traditional ceremony in Lucknow. Originally scheduled for November 2025, the wedding was postponed to accommodate Kuldeep’s international cricket commitments. Set against the scenic backdrop of Mussoorie, the celebrations drew attention from cricket fans and social media alike.
Kuldeep and Vanshika share a long-standing bond, having grown up as childhood friends in Kanpur, with their families residing just three kilometers apart—Kuldeep from Lal Bungalow and Vanshika from Shyam Nagar. Vanshika, an administrative professional with the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), also pursued higher studies in Melbourne and has been a steady presence in Kuldeep’s life since his U-19 cricket days.
The pre-wedding festivities began on March 13 with traditional Haldi and Mehendi ceremonies at the resort, attended by close family, friends, and cricketing colleagues. Several prominent cricketers, including Yuzvendra Chahal and Rinku Singh, as well as India’s fielding coach T Dilip, joined in the celebrations. Sharing glimpses from the wedding, coach Dilip wrote, “So happy to see Kuldeep Yadav marry the love of his life. Wishing you both a lifetime of love, laughter, and endless blessings. Congratulations!”
The wedding ceremony officially commenced at 11 am, with Kuldeep and Vanshika looking radiant and joyful in their official photos. The celebrations are set to continue with a grand reception on March 17 at Hotel Centrum, where eminent figures from cricket, entertainment, and business circles are expected to attend.
Earlier, Yuzvendra Chahal had shared glimpses of the wedding festivities, including lively dance performances that captured the exuberance and joy of the event.
