The upcoming biopic on legendary Bollywood icon Madhubala has been generating considerable buzz, with several reports speculating about the film’s casting choices. The project will be directed by Jasmeet K. Reen, who previously directed the acclaimed film Darlings.
Recently, rumours surfaced suggesting that actress Aneet Padda might replace Kiara Advani in the highly anticipated biopic. According to a report by Filmfare, Aneet Padda had reportedly been signed for the role and could begin shooting soon.
However, the speculation has been quickly dismissed. A spokesperson from Yash Raj Films reportedly denied the claims, stating that the reports about Aneet Padda being cast in the film are not accurate.
Adding to the clarification, another update by NDTV, citing industry sources, also stated that the rumours about Aneet Padda starring in the biopic are not true.
While the film continues to remain in the spotlight, the makers have not officially confirmed the final casting yet. Fans are eagerly waiting for an official announcement about who will step into the role of the iconic star Madhubala in this much-anticipated biographical drama.
