YouTuber Anurag Dobhal Battles Severe Pneumonia After Car Accident: “His Condition Became Worse”
YouTuber and former Bigg Boss 17 contestant Anurag Dobhal is under medical supervision after a serious car accident, with his health taking a concerning turn. Known for his viral YouTube videos and outspoken nature, Anurag had recently been moved out of the ICU, but complications have now worsened his condition.
Health Update: Partial Lung Damage and Severe Pneumonia
Anurag’s manager, Rohit Panday, shared an update on Instagram, revealing that while Anurag’s condition had been stable earlier, it has deteriorated due to lung damage sustained in the accident.
“Update: Anurag Bhai’s condition was stable till this morning, but his condition has become serious and worse because his lungs were also partially damaged in the accident and it developed a serious infection because of that. He has been diagnosed with severe Pneumonia. He is currently under supervision of doctors,” Panday wrote.
He also requested fans to keep the YouTuber in their prayers, saying, “We would request you all to pray for him.”
ICU Update and Hospital Selfie
Earlier, on Thursday, Rohit had informed followers that Anurag had been shifted out of the ICU. Sharing a photo from the hospital, the YouTuber could be seen lying on a bed, smiling and flashing a peace sign.
“Update: Anurag Bhai is out of the ICU. We are with him 24×7. Pray for his speedy recovery,” Rohit wrote alongside the image.
Emotional Turmoil Before the Accident
Prior to the accident, Anurag had posted an emotional video on YouTube, making several allegations against his family. He claimed to be under mental stress due to his interfaith marriage with his wife, Ritika Dobhal.
The car accident reportedly occurred while Anurag was going live on Instagram. During the livestream, he was heard making emotional statements, including, “Mummy, if I come in the next birth, just give me love,” and “Let’s go for the final drive.” He later crashed the car and was rushed to the hospital.

Responding to the situation, Rohit Panday emphasized that the immediate focus is on Anurag’s recovery and the wellbeing of his wife, who is nearly nine months pregnant.
“At this point in time, our priority is Anurag’s health and recovery, as well as Ritika Bhabhi’s wellbeing. We will not pass any comment on any video or statement since this is not the appropriate time. Let Anurag Dobhal recover, and we will then issue a statement,” he said.
