The much-awaited horror-comedy Bhooth Bangla, starring Akshay Kumar and directed by Priyadarshan, is gearing up to create excitement among fans. According to an exclusive update, the film’s teaser is set to release on March 12, 2026.
A source close to the development revealed that the promotional strategy is already in place and the team is confident about the teaser.
“The teaser cut is locked and the team is extremely confident about it. The idea is to create strong digital chatter first and then capitalize on the theatrical footfalls of Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge,” the source said.
The upcoming film marks the reunion of Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan, a duo known for delivering several memorable comedies over the years. Their collaboration has always generated strong audience interest, and Bhooth Bangla is expected to continue that legacy with a mix of horror and humour.
Apart from Akshay Kumar, the film also features an impressive ensemble cast including Paresh Rawal, Tabu, Rajpal Yadav, Mithila Palkar and Wamiqa Gabbi.
