Television host and actress Mini Mathur has emerged as the winner of the inaugural season of Alliance, the reality competition show hosted by actor Kunal Kemmu. After weeks of intense challenges, strategic gameplay and emotional moments, Mini lifted the coveted trophy and walked away with a cash prize of ₹50 lakh.
She defeated Aly Goni and Ruhee Dosani in a thrilling finale, becoming the first champion of the reality series.
A Nail-Biting Finale
The road to the finale was filled with tough competition. Aly Goni secured his place in the final after becoming the Ace of the Week, while the remaining contestants had to battle it out in the semi-final challenges.
Mini Mathur defeated Kushal Tandon to book her spot in the finale, while Ruhee Dosani overcame Niti Taylor. This set up the final showdown between Mini, Aly and Ruhee.
The grand finale task tested the contestants’ physical endurance, strategy and focus. The finalists had to collect balls from a box, build a bridge, transport the balls to a platform and balance three balls together to unlock codes for the prize vault.

Actress Daisy Shah questioned comments made about her contribution to the show, while Seema Sajdeh addressed remarks suggesting that she and Sohail Khan had participated only for a vacation.
