Nayanthara to Star Opposite Salman Khan in Vamshi Paidipally’s Upcoming Film
South superstar Nayanthara is set to share the screen with Bollywood’s hitman Salman Khan in a highly anticipated pan-India film directed by Vamshi Paidipally. The movie is being produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations under the banner of renowned producer Dil Raju and is expected to go on floors in April 2026.
The production house welcomed Nayanthara to the project with a celebratory note, calling her “The Queen Arrives” and praising her as “the epitome of versatility and excellence.” The announcement has already sparked excitement among fans, who are eager to see the powerhouse pairing on the big screen.

Salman Khan officially revealed the project on social media, sharing a post with director Vamshi Paidipally. He wrote, “Dil, Dimag, Jigar se from this April with @directorvamshi and #DilRaju. #Shirish @SVC_official @kuldeeprathor9 #RafiKazi.”
While this marks the first collaboration between Salman Khan and the director-producer duo, Vamshi Paidipally and Dil Raju have a proven track record of successful films together, including hits like Yevadu and Varisu. With Nayanthara joining the cast, expectations are high for a film with strong performances and wide pan-India appeal.

On the work front, Salman Khan is also gearing up for the release of Maatrubhumi (earlier titled Battle of Galwan), directed by Apoorva Lakhia. Produced by Salman Khan Films, the movie stars Chitrangada Singh alongside him and is based on the Galwan Valley conflict.
