First Marriage With Jasmine Masih
Badshah was previously married to Jasmine Masih. The two tied the knot in 2012 and welcomed a daughter, Jessemy Grace Masih Singh, in 2017. The marriage lasted eight years before the couple finalized their divorce in 2020.
Speaking about his first marriage, Badshah shared in interviews that he had loved Jasmine deeply, but cultural differences created challenges. He told Lallantop, “She could not adjust to the culture and it got really messy. But we tried our best in that relationship.”
The rapper has also emphasized that the separation was made with the well-being of their child in mind. On the podcast Prakhar ke Pravachan, he said, “We separated because it was not healthy for our child. I get to meet my child but not that often, as she lives in London.”
