Bollywood actor Akshaye Vinod Khanna has made a big real estate purchase in Mumbai. The actor has bought a luxury apartment in the posh Malabar Hill area for ₹33.26 crore, according to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards.
The apartment is located in one of South Mumbai’s most sought-after residential neighbourhoods and comes with a spacious carpet area of 2,341.39 sq ft. It also has an additional 175.45 sq ft balcony, taking the total area to 2,516.84 sq ft.
The property also comes with three parking units, making it an even more premium purchase in one of Mumbai’s most exclusive residential areas.
₹1.99 crore stamp duty paid
According to the property registration documents, the transaction was registered in September 2026. The deal attracted a stamp duty of around ₹1.99 crore, while the registration charges were ₹30,000.
Akshaye Vinod Khanna could not be reached for comment regarding the purchase.
